Next up was
the Mini Race, which was a charity event for Evan Reimer,
a South Woods Club member who was badly injured in a
fall during practice. There were three goals for Slaughter
House Cycle - have fun, raise money and win with the
Thumpstar!!
Another full
gate
someone should be picking up the slack here
and organizing more 50cc and mini racing in D34. Do
we need California to do it all for us?
It's pretty darn popular everywhere. Every event we
have attended with the word "pitbike" or "mini"
in it has been a total blast and fairly full gates.
Mike Leavitt proved The Slaughter House Cycle backed
Thumpstar's 10 inch rear wheels can roll pretty well
too, jumping the big table. And just out there having
fun, railing berms and showing off. It was a great day.
SHC would like to thank everyone
involved including the Price Family and all the great
fans and supporters who stopped by the SHC BIG RIG and
said hello. See our next big mini race at the Broome-Tioga
Pitbike Nationals! Stop by and say hello...
