Omicron Congratulates Mike Leavitt
on his 4th place in the AMA
National Pit Bike Series

It is incredible to think that after competing in only 3 of the rounds Mike was able to finish a creditable 4th place in his first season.

Starting the run back at Unadilla he shocked the competition by coming in 3rd overall then at Broome and Steele City the good form continued with top 3 finishes in all the events. Dan Maker GM at Omicron says “It’s incredible to think that Mike is this competitive on a genuinely stock Thumpstar Pro 125, people just don’t believe that the bike is running at a cost just over the $3000 mark. It is quite satisfying knowing that some of the bikes in the race are well over that price point and great that we can provide people with a really competitive bike at a relatively low cost.”

“We will defiantly be extending our support to Mike, Jamie and the Slauder House Crew for the following season. It is awesome what these guys have done for us in the time they have had, we really appreciate it.”

“It’s great because we don’t have to make the claim that the bike is race ready out of the box the results do it for us.”
